Are your products new or refurbished?
Instropoint sells a mix of used, tested, and refurbished medical equipment. Each product listing will clearly state its condition. While some items are sold “as is,” others are refurbished or tested for functionality. Please note that all equipment should undergo a preventive maintenance (PM) check before patient use, as we do not perform PM checks ourselves.
How long does shipping take?
Most standard orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. For freight shipments, delivery time can vary depending on the product and destination, but generally takes around 3–4 business days.
What is your return and warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. In addition, select items come with warranties depending on the product type and condition. If you have specific questions about a product’s coverage, we’re happy to provide more information.
