2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate information about our products. Availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Some items may be used, refurbished, or sold “as is”—this will be clearly noted in each product listing.

3. Item Condition

Full functionality is not checked unless specifically mentioned. Equipment must be checked and calibrated before being applied to patient care. Make sure the equipment is safe and working after shipment.

Condition is the same as shown in the pictures. All photos are of the actual item.

You should have this item completely checked out prior to use in conjunction with patient care. We stand by our equipment but will not take responsibility for its use on patients.

Please note that most medical equipment pieces require some maintenance and recertification. This is a normal and legal requirement. We strongly recommend proper certification and full inspection by qualified professionals prior to use.

4. Orders & Payments

Items will be shipped once payment is received. All items are shipped from Instropoint Warehouse.

Certain items can be picked up locally.

Domestic (Lower 48 States and DC): Items under 60 lbs will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. We can use your shipper or help you find one.

All major credit cards and electronic checks are accepted through PayPal. Buyers from Virginia will be charged a 6% sales tax. Local pickups are also subject to sales tax.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary by product and destination. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Freight shipments may take 3–4 days on average. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other unforeseen issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If an item is returned because it was ordered by mistake or is no longer wanted—and the item is in perfect working order—a 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling fees will be charged.

We do not refund shipping charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Instropoint Inc. is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the misuse or improper installation of any product. All medical equipment must be inspected and certified by qualified professionals prior to use on patients.

8. Disclaimers

The sale of some items may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and local regulatory agencies. Do not purchase unless you are an authorized buyer. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, we will verify your status before shipment.

The seller assumes no responsibility for the proper or improper use of the product. For any equipment used in patient care or diagnosis, it is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain proper certifications and ensure safety. We strongly recommend having the equipment checked by a certified biomedical technician prior to use.
