Shipping

• Orders ship from the Instropoint Warehouse once payment is received.

• Worldwide shipment

• local pickup is available.

• Items under 60 lbs ship via FedEx or UPS within the lower 48 U.S. states and DC.

• Anything over 60lbs is shipped Via Freight.

• If you prefer to use your own shipping account or carrier, we can accommodate that.

• We accept credit cards and electronic checks via PayPal.

• Wire transfers are accepted

• Virginia buyers are subject to 6% sales tax.

• Cash is accepted for local pickups

• Sales tax also applies to local pickups (if arranged in the future).

Returns & Refunds

• Returns due to buyer error or remorse (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed) are subject to:

  • 20% restocking fee

  • No refund on original shipping & handling costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• No refunds for Overseas purchases unless stated otherwise.
• 30 day warranty Warranty on products unless stated otherwise.
